Welcome to My Website!

If I could leave one gift on this earth, it would be the gift of inner peace. What a gift! When we have inner peace, we are not rocked about by the winds and rains of daily problems. We know where we are in our world, why we are here and we live a life that honours our true self. It is through this connection with your inner world that self-esteem is enhanced. Happiness naturally follows. The articles and exercises in these pages will inspire you to do the inner work necessary on your journey to wholeness. Our lives can be cluttered up with so many things that are not really that important to us. We need to decide what our values are and live our lives according to them, saying no to all else.           

         

Loving Yourself: I sometimes imagine (like John Lennon did ) a world where everyone loves themselves! Wouldn’t that be something! There would not be war, famine or environmental degradation, because when we truely love ourselves, we increase our capacity to love others.           

             

Deep Breathing Exercises: Learning to breathe correctly is so simple yet so powerful in many areas of life. Introduce one of the exercises into your life and notice how profound this basic tool can be.            

         

Wearing Life Like a Loose Garment: Do you wear life like a straight jacket? Or are you living a life free of heavy burdens? This article could have been titled “Letting Go” because that’s the key to wearing life like a loose garment. 

         

Suggestions in Using this Site:             

         

1. Choose a topic that interests you and read it. Try the exercises.            

2. Use the site as a daily aide in your own personal journey. Choose a topic (say, Finding Happiness) and each day read one of the articles under that topic. Then write your own thoughts and ideas in a journal.

If you want to become aligned with your soul and fulfil your highest purpose, then this is the workshop for you! Is there a dream bursting to come alive within you? Have you wanted to do something, complete a project or manifest something big in your life but not known how to start the birthing process? This workshop will empower you to manifest the dreams within your heart. Even if you don't fully know what these dreams are, the workshop will help you to listen to the still small voice within and find the passion that has always been there, often suppressed and forgotten.  

Marathon Therapy

Marathon Therapy in Bali   

An Intensive 6 days. Three hours of therapy per day. That’s 18 sessions of therapy in 6 days.   

Imagine staying in a relaxing, serene environment, no phones, no family responsibilities, no obligations, no work commitments. Then imagine having one-on-one sessions with a professional therapist (Psychologist) to help break through the issues that have been blocking your happiness and success. You can choose to have 1 hour in the morning and 2 hours in the late afternoon or visa versa. It’s your choice. After therapy sessions, you can relax by a pool, go for a swim or snorkel, or have a massage or pedicure. It’s up to you. It’s all about seeking your inner guidance, finding yourself again and clearing and cleansing your total being: body, mind and soul.
