Self-Help for Inner Peace, Happiness and Self-Esteem

Self Nurturing Activities

The best way to build a healthy self-esteem is by filling your BODY, MIND & SPIRIT with positive energy everyday! How do you do that, you might ask!? Think about the things in your life that really expand your energy. Maybe it's going for a walk in the forest or attending a play or concert. What things move your soul? For me, it's swimming in the ocean or listening to certain kinds of music. What activities inspire you? The list below might help to trigger your own dormant desires. Plan to do some of these self nurturing activities over the next few weeks. Set some goals. Write in your diary the activities you plan to do. Make appointments for yourself, because if youdon't, you know that something else will creep in and take up your time. See how much better you feel about yourself after a few weeks of doing self nurturing activities.
