Self-Help Worksheets

under each topic are several worksheets. Some of these have ideas or suggestions of things you can do in your life
to make it better. As always, you must take full responsibility for your life and what you choose to do. If
something does not feel right for you then please ignore it and move on to something else. We are all on different
parts of our journey. These writings are simply part of my own journey and I hope they will be of assistance to
others who are looking for some direction, answers, or a word of enouragement. They do not replace face-to-face medical or psychological help, so please, seek
professional help if you have been depressed or feeling overwhelmed by life for more than a few days. If you are
