Morning Visualisation   

Begin your day with this simple visualisation. It will provide you with protective armour to help you feel more emotionally and mentally stable, peaceful and joyous.  

You can do this sitting or standing or even laying in bed before you get up in the morning, whatever suits you. Take in a few deep breaths and use your imagination as you speak: "I now place a bubble around me, a beautiful golden glass bubble, impenetrable to any negative energies from outside and from inside. I create a small door at the top of the bubble and as I breathe in and out I release, through this door, any energies that are obstructing the flow of clarity and love. I release and let go of any beliefs, thoughts, emotions and patterns that are not pure, positive, and for my highest good." Continue to breathe deeply until you feel that all negativity has been released. 

"I now close this door and seal my bubble completely. I ask my higher self to guard this door and only allow in those energies that are of a pure and good nature. I also ask my higher self to guard the door from my own inner negative thoughts and ideas and feelings, stopping anything from my lower self from coming through the door. I intend to only allow those thoughts and energies from within me that are pure and divine, to penetrate this bubble and come into my spirit. I protect my soul and spirit from any contaminants that would want to distract, dissuade, or negatively influence my divine path. And so it is." 

It may take a bit of practice for this method to help you. Please be persistent. Make it a practice you do each day at a certain time, until it becomes a habit. And throughout your day, remind yourself to think from your higher self or ask that simple question, “How would my higher self see this situation?”
