The following are several visualisations that I have written over the years.  You will also find a free inner child visualisation here and one for instilling inner parents here.  My desire is for everyone to have access to tools like these for relaxation, self-awareness, healing and manifesting goals and dreams.  Listen to these visualisations in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.


Deep Relaxation

This relaxation was inspired by the yoga nidra relaxations I have done over the years. You can use it simply to relax and unwind from a stressful day, or you can use it as an adjunct to meditation. Find a place that is comfortable for you, ensuring you will not be disturbed by the phone or other people for 15 minutes. Then, sit back and relax and press the play button! Enjoy!

 

Your Higher Self 

This relaxation will take you on a journey to a beautiful place deep within you where your higher self resides. As you connect with this wise and powerful part of you, you will be given the opportunity to ask any questions you might have, perhaps about what you should do next, or about a problem you are currently having.

Make sure you have 15 to 20 minutes afterwards to write and ponder on what you experienced during the visualisation. This can be the most important part, because it is in this state of deep relaxation and openness that our soul speaks to us. Be prepared for some exciting and beautiful awakenings as your soul is stirred and given space to open up and reveal itself to you!

The Power of the Universe is Within You

This relaxation/visualization takes you on a journey into the forest where you connect with the power of the universe through a beautiful ancient tree. As you make this connection, you will feel empowered. You will be given the opportunity to manifest your desires, dreams and any personal changes you may want. 

 

 

 

 Improve Your Self Esteem 

This visualization will take you to a place deep within, to that space where your essence exists. As you let go of old negative messages about yourself and replace them with positive messages, you will know that you are loveable and worthy and special. Through this visualization, you will get in touch with your soul and make a connection that will allow you to see yourself differently. If you follow the instruction to connect everyday with your essence, you will notice increasing improvements in your self-esteem. 

 

 

 

Who You Were Before you were Born 

This is a beautiful visualisation that came to me during my time in Bali. I had been meditating for several weeks and one day as I sat looking out over the Bali Sea, I wrote these words. It will help you get in touch with who you really are: a spirit living an earthy existence.

*Journey to Your Soul (April 3-8, 2012)   

If you want to become aligned with your soul and fulfil your highest purpose, then this is the workshop for you! Marathon Therapy

Marathon Therapy in Bali   

An Intensive 6 days. Three hours of therapy per day. That’s 18 sessions of therapy in 6 days.   

Imagine staying in a relaxing, serene environment, no phones, no family responsibilities, no obligations, no work commitments. Then imagine having one-on-one sessions with a professional therapist (Psychologist) to help break through the issues that have been blocking your happiness and success. You can choose to have 1 hour in the morning and 2 hours in the late afternoon or visa versa. It’s your choice. After therapy sessions, you can relax by a pool, go for a swim or snorkel, or have a massage or pedicure. It’s up to you. It’s all about seeking your inner guidance, finding yourself again and clearing and cleansing your total being: body, mind and soul.
